These four samples are a true delight! The first shiver comes from the name... you find yourself alone on an old and unkempt dirt road with the sunlight fading through the old woods, cold fog rising with your footsteps. There is a wrought iron gate set into a broken metal fence that seems to call to you, you push through the darkening evening with a mournful squeak and find yourself heading toward a dark shape in the distance, the House by the Cemetery. Coming onto the porch, the scent of fallen leaves and a touch of clove wafts about you. You feel the silence crawl into your mind and you turn to leave, seeing another old path lead off into the gathering dark and fog. After a few moments, you begin to make out crumbling shapes lying low in an overgrown field. The stones grow taller as you keep walking, towards a kind of center. There are angels, there are winged skulls, there are names on these stones and dates... you are surrounded by the dead. A dreamy scent of campfires and a hint of sweetness drift around you and you feel something just beyond your perception awake. The Afterlife is what you sense, and the dead are drawn to your spark. Further along from the center is a structure, more solid than these tumbled and weathered stones... a place of remembrance and bittersweet tears and the soft touch of sweet grasses and moss embrace you with a cold hand. You stand before the Moonlit Mausoleum as the moon hangs low overhead, full and blanketing this house of the dead with its soft, pale light. There is a quickening about you, you feel ancient things waking and turning towards you, your spine is a-tingle with the raw and disturbing sensations of this rousing, this stirring revival and you gather your fear about you and ready yourself to run back to the old dirt road. You spring away and out, feeling the clutching, the grasping as you sprint away from the old gravestones and try not to stumble over crumbing graves. Your fear casts you forward faster than you ever thought you could run and you pass the House, you find the gate and pull yourself through with a screech and almost collapse with relief as your feet hit the old road and the snatching sensations cease. You take a few deep breaths to steady yourself and look towards the House and the cemetery beyond... pausing when you see a few tiny, glimmering lights wink into existence, bobbing along the route you took in your flight towards safety. Some of those lights have wandered to the House, little sparks entering through the cracks in the glass and setting some of windows aglow. You watch as the House seems to come to life with light and shadow, some vaguely human shaped, who seem to watch you as you decide to start walking again, gaining speed under the low moon. The fog is thicker now, the landscape dark even with the moon lighting the way. You hear the haunting hoot of a nearby owl hidden in the branches of the old wood and catch hints of cinnamon spice and pumpkin on a slight breeze coming from the woods around you. You remember the tales your old gran told you of nights like these, during the season of harvest when the chill hangs in the air and the veil grows thin. You remember this is the season of curious occurrences and strange dreams, the air feels peculiar and uncanny... you remember that this is time of Samhain.

Great way to sample all the scents. Wish the bottles were easier to open. But overall very happy with it

I got this set for my birthday because I was really curious about some of the scent profiles, and I have to say I'm amazed. Moonlit Mausoleum is my absolute favorite and i'll definitely be buying a bigger sized bottle when I can. All of these scents are so unique and elegant, I love it!

First off, I want to say that Haunted Manor is my absolute favourite scent out of all the samples I got, and it's going to be my new go-to for as long as it's available. I absolutely adore it and it smells amazing. Moonlit Mausoleum is also beautiful scent and is my second favourite of this sampler.
I love Afterlife a lot, but I may get the candle of that one sometime as I'm not sure that I enjoy it as a perfume. House by the Cemetery grew on me once I applied it to my skin but it's definitely not a favourite. I didn't like Samhain spice, but I already knew I wouldn't when I chose to buy this sampler.
Over all, the scents are wonderful and the sampler was worth the buy, my only reason for the four stars is because the little vials are really hard to open and I ended up splashing the perfumes all over the place when I was finally able to open them.

Perfect for trying out all the scents to see which is your fave before committing to a full bottle! I fell in LOVE with Afterlife, but all of these are bangers! The bottles can be a little tough to open (esp if you're like me & have arthritis), but the scents are absolutely worth it 💖

It was so fun getting to smell each scent and try them out. It’s like a buffet but for scents! All of them are amazing, but my favourites are Samhain Spice and Haunted Manor.

I purchased this for my daughter. She is prone to migraines and most perfumes or cologne trigger them. None of these did! Samhain spice was her favorite.

The packaging was spooky cute and i wait all year for these sets so i can rotate fragrances throughout the season

I picked this little pack up on a whim not really expecting to love any of the scents, but I did find two that struck me and bought them in the full size when they dropped later.

Haunted Manor and Samhain Spice were my two favorites. Haunted Manor surprised me as I’m not really one for vanilla scents, but when mixed with the cashmere notes it tones down the overly sweet gourmand notes that can sometimes leave you smelling like a funfetti cake. On the completely other side of the spectrum lies Samhain Spice a very sweet pumpkin pie scent. It smells like a sweet coffee treat when the weather is just cold enough for a thick sweater, but not so much you need a coat.
