Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our offerings and products, we do not allow refunds or returns. We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been used or tested. 

A refund or return is also not possible when it comes to personal preference for a scent. Although we know that it can feel risky to place an order for a scent that you’re not entirely sure you will love, scent is completely subjective.

In the case that a product is faulty or defective, we will gladly send a replacement.

Cancellations

We begin processing your order and making your products of choice as soon as your order is placed. Although we only ship your order 1-5 business days after it’s been placed, we have already begun to work on your order as soon as we receive it in our system! 

With this in mind, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, we do not provide refunds, but instead only offer shop credit if you request to cancel an order. Canceled orders will receive a 100% refund in the form of a shop credit, to be used at your leisure.

 

Discount Codes

Users are allowed to use one single valid coupon at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined and users cannot use multiple discount codes on a single purchase. Coupons can not be applied retroactively. 

The first time 10% off codes are automatically made through our system when someone signs up to our mailing list by entering their email address. Once signed up, the code sent is valid for 7 days, after which point, they expire. We unfortunately cannot generate these codes ourselves as they are made completely at random once an email address is entered.

The 10ml Perfume Mist Free Gift eligible for orders over $100 USD must be manually added to your cart when prompted, otherwise, one will not be added to your order. 

 

Combining Orders

If you placed multiple orders within a short span of time, we can likely combine your orders to reduce shipping fees all depending on the amount! Please email us in order for us to assess whether or not we can combine your products into one box.

If it is possible, once your shipping label has been created, we will refund the difference and add the same tracking number on both orders for you to track.

In some cases, large orders that are placed separately will have no choice but to go out separately.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund in the form of shop credit yet, first check your spam email for a missing voucher code. If it is still missing, then please contact us via email info@graveyardwanders.com  regarding your missing shop credit voucher.



Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded in the form of shop credit. Items on sale cannot be refunded. If your order includes a coupon code, then shop credit will only be refunded in the amount paid after the coupon was applied.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
