Fast shipping, like a bat out of hell.

As an artisan based business, we require 1-5 business days to process orders & ship once a week - either Thursday or Friday.

Everything we do is by hand by humans who care about delivering only the best artistic & quality pieces, just for you!

If you need your item by a specific date, please email us and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Tracking your orders' journey.

All orders placed with Canada and USA are tracked. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we start processing your order!

Canadians have two shipping options to choose from. Please note that Chit Chats Select is not available for delivery to PO boxes or rural areas. In the case that you chose Chit Chats Select at checkout, but your address is not supported by this shipping method, we will invoice you for the balance to ship by Canada Post.

Once picked up by our couriers, you can expect your order to arrive as soon as just a few business days later! Refer to your shipping quote based on your location upon checkout.

If you wish to ship your order to someone as a gift, rest assured that our unboxing is an experience like no other - and we don't include invoices inside!

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing your order and making your products of choice as soon as your order is placed. Although we only ship your order 1-5 business days after it’s been placed, we have already begun to work on your order as soon as we receive it in our system! 

With this in mind, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, we do not provide refunds, but instead only offer shop credit if you request to cancel an order. Cancelled orders will receive a 100% refund in the form of a shop credit, to be used at your leisure.

The same applies when requesting a change to your order, i.e. reducing the number of items or removing an item completely.

Important note: Orders placed following new and/or limited releases, collections, and products of the like cannot be cancelled nor are they eligible for shop credit.

Can I stack discounts?

We like to offer different discounts for first time customers and returning ghouls so we only allow one promotion to be used at a time.

First time buyers get 10% off their first order. Recurring customers get to choose a free 10ml Perfume Mist on orders over $100 USD (excluding the EU due to GPSR regulations). If you're part of our mailing list, you'll also receive a 20% discount code for your birthday!

If you opt to use one discount code, any other kind of discount or promotion is automatically voided, including the free Perfume Mist.

The 10% coupon for my first purchase isn’t working!

The first time 10% off codes are automatically made through our system when someone signs up to our mailing list by entering their email address.

Once signed up, the code sent is valid for 7 days, after which point, they expire. Make sure to make use of it within this timeframe!

We unfortunately cannot generate these codes ourselves as they are made completely at random once an email address is entered.

Will I have to pay customs & tariffs?

For Canadian ghouls, we create and ship right out of Montréal! This means you'll never have to worry about duties.

For our USA ghouls, we are very happy to inform you that each and every one of our products are protected under the trade deal of CUSMA and don’t qualify for tariffs. This means all of our goods are cleared for shipment and you will not have to pay kind of tariff fee at checkout or upon arrival!

It says delivered, but I don't have it?

If your order is tracked, please monitor it for delivery dates to not miss your parcel.

If it hasn't shown up, or seems lost or stolen, please email us within 4 days of receiving of seeing a delivery notice on your tracking!

Outside of this time frame, it is much harder for us to track your order's whereabouts and we unfortunately will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Missing or damaged product?

We triple check all orders during the packing phase but we are human, so these things can happen! 

If an item is missing from your order or the wrong product was added to your order, please email us within 4 days of receiving your package and/or seeing a delivery notice on your tracking.

In the case that a product is faulty or defective, we will gladly send a replacement provided that you contact us at info@graveyardwanders.com within 4 days of delivery of your order with photos of said defective product.

Can I purchase a Perfume Mist as an EU resident?

Unfortunately, our Perfume Mists are “off limits” to our EU customers </3 With the GPSR regulations within the EU that came about at the start of 2025, the only products we cannot certify at the moment for safe shipment to the EU are our Perfume Mists 💔 these regulations would entail a lot of costs on our end in order to comply.

However, the excellent news is that our Perfume Oils, alongside every other product we make, are safe for shipment to the EU!

Do you ship internationally?

We absolutely do! 😍 We love being able to offer international shipping to our customers overseas.

There are many factors to consider when shopping and shipping internationally. Please take a look below!

How much is shipping?

We offer both tracked and untracked international shipping options, which are in different price brackets, because we know how expensive it can be to place an order from a business on a different continent. 

The shipping quote you see in your cart upon checkout is accurate most of the time, but it does happen that there are discrepancies.

We are only aware of the potential discrepancy once your box is prepped, packed, and weighed. In cases where shipping would cost more than you initially paid, we will invoice you and ask you to pay the balance in order for us to send your package out to you. 

How long will it take to arrive?

Tracked : Approx. 5-22 business days

Untracked : Approx. 6-12 business days

This is a general idea of a timeframe provided by our courier in which your parcel will be delivered.

An international parcel often gets passed onto different couriers as it approaches its destination. Often enough, more time is required, and occasionally, even less!

This all depends on how the destination country deals with international shipments, each country’s customs, and how often there are flights to reach the specific destination. 

The best way to follow your international package’s progress is by choosing a shipping option that comes with a tracking number.

Tracked versus Untracked Shipping

CHOOSING TRACKED SHIPPING

It is truly in your best interest to choose Tracked Packet International shipping upon checkout of your items. Most International packages shipped with tracking arrive at their destination within 5-22 business days, although this is merely just an estimate and we must allow for some flexibility in the delivery date.

In some cases, Tracked Xpresspost International will be the automatic shipping choice for exceptionally large orders.

CHOOSING UNTRACKED SHIPPING

Choosing Small Packet International Air as your shipping choice at checkout is the cheapest international option available, but it does not come with a tracking number.

This means that we have no way whatsoever to track the progress of your parcel once it is out of our hands. Most international packages shipped without tracking arrive at their destination within 6-12 business days, although this is merely just an estimate and we must allow for some flexibility in the delivery date.

Choosing the Untracked shipping option at checkout automatically voids us of responsibility in terms of a lost or stolen package.

Will I have to pay customs & duties?

We unfortunately are not in control of customs and duties once a parcel of ours arrives in a different country. Each country has their own laws and regulations regarding outside sales of goods. As well, for legal and insurance reasons, we are not allowed to change the value of your package. 

As much as we wish we could help you on this matter, we do not provide a refund for customs fees, as that is a customer’s responsibility and completely to the discretion of a customer's local government.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while!

Sometimes, customers will experience a halt in their tracking being updated.

What often happens with international orders is that the tracking information doesn’t update for a bit as it goes through customs and then updates once again at its final stages before delivery. 

Where is my order?

IF SHIPPED WITH TRACKING AND SHIPPING PROTECTION...

If your tracked package did not arrive at your doorstep and into your hands around the estimated delivery date, we would ask you to please wait another 10 business days before reaching out to us, keeping all of our previous points in mind.

If delivery is still unsuccessful after this extended period, we will conduct our own investigation, and send you a replacement if your parcel is ruled lost or stolen. 

IF SHIPPED WITHOUT TRACKING...

If your untracked package did not arrive at your doorstep and into your hands around the estimated delivery date, we would ask you to please wait another 10 business days before reaching out to us, keeping all of our previous points in mind. At that moment, we will see what we can do.

As stated above, choosing the Untracked shipping option at checkout automatically voids us of responsibility in terms of a lost or stolen package.
