Soy & Beeswax develop a frosty layer called Blooming. This is the nature of pure and natural wax & in no way affects the burn ability or fragrance of the candle.
I use my knowledge of candlemaking to help reduce the chances of frosting the best I can. Temperature changes and the way they are stored, can induce frosting.

Absolutely! During checkout, you can preview shipping rates for all over the globe. International rates include Air travel as it tends to be faster than Ground shipping.
For all orders, we always recommend going the safe route and adding Route Shipping Protection to your order. It is automatically applied at checkout & is approximately $1. Making a claim with Route is easy and they should be able to either track down your package, offer a refund or replace any damaged items. As long as you add Route Shipping Protection, you’re covered!
