We take deep care creating unique scents that are an experience unlike you’ve seen before. Although we love all of our non-overpowering, yet mystical scents ~ our signature scents are the ones our community loves the most over the years!

How do I use your products?

Each order comes with with guidelines to ensure proper use of each type of product, favour its longevity and, most importantly, offer a safe experience.

Which ingredients are used to make your specialities?

We use only the best materials to create our specialties: Skin-safe fragrance, all-natural Soy wax & locally sourced Beeswax from a family farm pollinating wild blueberry flowers.

From our studio to your home

Fast shipping, like a bat out of hell.

As an artisan based business, we require 1-5 business days to process orders & ship once a week - either Wednesday or Thursday.

Everything we do is by hand by humans who care about delivering only the best artistic & quality pieces, just for you!

If you need your item by a specific date, please email us and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Shipping protection is a must.

Our shipping protection is automatically added to every cart upon purchase to protect your order from Damage, Loss & Theft. If any of these situations arise, simply send us an email, and we'll take care of the rest!

If you remove the shipping protection, you void all assistance in a refund or replacement of items.

Tracking your orders' journey.

Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as we start processing your order!

Once picked up by our couriers, you can expect your order to arrive as soon as just a few business days later! Refer to your shipping quote based on your location upon checkout.

Sending a gift? They're in for a treat.

If you wish to ship your order to someone as a gift, rest assured that our unboxing is an experience like no other - and we don't include invoices inside!

Want to add custom gift note? Leave one in the Note section at checkout!

Want to let them choose? A gift card is always a great way to surprise them!

Missing order or damaged product?

If an item is missing from your order or you haven't received your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package/seeing a delivery notice on your tracking !

We triple check all orders during the packing phase but we are human, so these things can happen!
