Processing Times

Graveyard Wanders is a very small team of 3 people who are always thrilled & grateful when a new order comes in! We're also thrilled to let you know that worldwide shipping is available. 

All candles and products are made to order. Please allow 1-5 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be completely processed and shipped. You will be notified by email upon dispatch of your items. We ship orders every week on Thursday.

 

Missing Items

We triple check all orders during the packing phase but we are human, and these things can happen!

If an item is missing from your order or the wrong item was added to your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package and/or seeing a delivery notice on your tracking. 

If we are contacted more than 7 days after your parcel is deemed delivered by tracking, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for any missing items reported. 


Custom fees & Import taxes

We completely understand that customs can be expensive and sometimes feel unnecessary to add onto what we’ve already paid for. 

We unfortunately are not in control of customs and duties once a parcel of ours arrives in a different country. Each country has their own laws and regulations regarding outside sales of goods.

As well, for legal and insurance reasons, we are not allowed to change the value of your package. 

As much as we wish we could help you on this matter, we do not provide a refund for customs fees, as that is completely a customer’s responsibility.

Graveyard Wanders will not be held liable for custom fees or import taxes.

 

Missing or Broken Items After Shipment

To be eligible for a refund or replacement for a package that is missing or includes broken items, your order must include Shipping Protection. Graveyard Wanders will not be held liable for orders that do not include shipping protection.

This shipping protection is automatically added to every cart upon purchase through www.graveyardwanders.com, unless manually removed by the customer. By removing the shipping protection, the customer voids all assistance in a refund or replacement of items.
